ABOUT US

OGTAL INTERNATIONAL VENTURES is registered as a Business Name engaged in the management of a private patrimony. This is being done through general trading in commodities, stocks and shares, and general contracts.

The company was started on the 4th of August 2016 from a very modest beginning by an experienced hand that had been in the marketing of a major world commodity – Oil, in 7 countries in two continents.

OGTAL International Ventures is conceptualised, designed and managed as a mustard seed that will provide shelter for future generations of traders and general merchants.

This is a business built on core values of integrity, modesty, perseverance and hard-work.

The Board of Directors

There is a three-man Board of directors headed by.

Mr Banji OGUNGBEMI

(BSc, MBA, MCILT, FCCA)

Mr Ogungbemi, an experienced International Oil & Gas hand with a good background in Finance, Operations, Marketing and Business Control is the executive chairman of the Board. His interest in the capital market and agriculture is the drive behind the establishment of OGTAL International Ventures

Mrs Emily Talabi OGUNGBEMI

She is a teacher by training. She graduated from the Tai Solarin University of Education Ijebu Ode. She worked briefly in the Banking Sector before the itinerant nature of the career of the family took her out of the country. She has since been a home-maker and pillar of support for the family

Mr Oluwaseun OGUNGBEMI

He graduated from the Ashesi University in Ghana and has had brief stints in Origin8 Saatchi & Saatchi, Glo and was a manager of a forex house. Widely travelled, he is in charge of our Share trading in addition to supervising other portfolio managers
